How long does a home inspection take?
A standard home inspection takes about 1 to 3 hours, depending on the size and type of the property. Larger villas / Townhouse may take longer.
What will I receive after the inspection?
You will get a detailed inspection report with photos / videos, notes, and a list of all identified issues withing 24 to 48 hours.
This report can be used to request repairs or for future reference.
What is a De-Snagging inspection?
De-Snagging is a follow-up inspection done after the developer has fixed the issues found in the first snagging report. It checks whether the defects have been properly repaired before you accept the handover.
